Builders of Color Coalition
The Builders of Color Coalition (BCC) convenes minority real estate professionals in Greater Boston’s building sector for the purposes of mutual professional development and leveraged access to development projects.

CREST Internship Program

REEX Summer Programs
Alongside a focus of both academic and career development, REEX provides immersive experiences in self-discovery including socio-emotional development techniques that embolden each student’s confidence in themselves.

REEC
The Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) is the leading professional trade association formed to promote the interests of minority executives doing business in the commercial real estate industry.
ScholarJet
ScholarJet connects employers with diverse, undergrad college students through online, skills-based competitions. Each competition is focused on particular skills related to an internship, co-op, or entry-level position and gives students a chance to get hired and win funding for their education.

The Urban Labs
The Urban Labs helps companies activate their cultural competency to attract customers, influence product offering, and attract and retain talent in order to outperform their competitors.

ULI Pathways to Inclusion
The Pathways to Inclusion program will provide up to 25 individuals of color a scholarship to the 2019 Fall Meeting to be held in Washington DC on September 18-21, 2019 in addition to a one-year ULI membership.
